- Check and write down cupboard, fridge and freezer contents
- Make a meal plan for ALL meals
- check on everything else in house to see what is needed in shopping i.e washing up liquid, shampoo etc
- Write up a shopping list for all items needed
- do a price comparison
- Make a plan of action on where and when to shop.
I am hoping to only have to go into shops maybe once midweek for any top ups on fresh food. I have talked to my sister to see if she wants to join in my challenge and I think she might, so we can share some tips and recipes too :D
I will post my meal plan and shopping list when it is all done. I might even pop up my store cupboard list if I get it all typed up.
